Generally when following links, you will be brought direct to the site you are looking for. Unfortunately, some directory sites try to keep you on their own site (with their own links and advertisements) through the use of frames to display the target site. This means that if you try to bookmark a site via that frame, you will get the host frame and not the target frame. To circumvent this, in Netscape or Internet Explorer, right click on the desired frame and choose "open frame in new window". You can then bookmark the target site from the new window.
If your browser doesn't do frames, this comment does not apply, but you'll probably want to upgrade to a version that does.
